We're seeking a Probate Assumption Specialist to ensure the smooth coordination of assumption and legal name change processes across all products and business lines. This is a contract engagement currently approved through November, with potential for extension.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• As a Probate Assumption Specialist, you'll play a vital role in maintaining accurate customer identities across the John Deere Financial enterprise. Your duties will include:

• Managing assumption and name change requests initiated by Probate CAM, including workflow coordination and territory-based request handling.

• Sending out necessary paperwork via email, mail, and electronic signature platforms, and following up with customers to ensure timely return.

• Processing received paperwork and taking appropriate actions based on account status and documentation completeness.

• Collaborating with internal teams, such as Retail Credit Admin, to handle credit-related aspects of assumption requests.

• Providing excellent customer service and support throughout the assumption process, including addressing customer inquiries and concerns.

Requirements

We're looking for candidates with the following qualifications and skills:

• Excellent interpersonal communication, organization, and attention to detail.

• Strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations and problem-solve effectively.

• Experience in telephone work and proficiency in using multiple computer programs, screens, and workflows.

• Ability to work independently and remotely, with a commitment to maintaining high productivity and quality standards.

• Auditing backgrounds preferred, showcasing a keen eye for detail and compliance.
