Robert Half is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our client, a premier distributor who stores raw ingredients for local organizations. Location: Muscatine, IA

This position is on-site

Work hours: Monday-Friday, 7-3:30pm

Key Responsibilities:

-Fulfilling production orders by carefully selecting items, printing necessary stickers, and ensuring everything is prepped for forklift drivers

-Greeting drivers, checking them in, and assisting them through streamlined processes

-Processing incoming loads, verifying product details such as lot numbers before releasing them for storage

-Ensuring each load meets product specifications and maintaining commitment to quality assurance

-Utilizing RFID technology to simplify processes

-Handling paperwork with precision and ensuring all serial numbers and vital information are accurately recorded

-Answering phone calls and emails from customers in a professional and timely manner

Requirements

Exceptional attention to detail is critical

Ability to thrive in a small to mid-sized team

Reliability and dependability is highly valued

Previous experience in customer service is preferred, but not required
