Aventure Staffing Production Technician in Algona, Iowa
Production Technician | $15/hr, Eligible for Weekly Attendance Bonus!
Monday-Friday 7:00A-3:30 (Hours may vary based on needs of business)
Our client, Corteva Agriscience, is looking for a reliable individual with strong mechanical aptitude and adherence to safety to fill a long-term, full-time Production Technician position in Algona, IA! Must be flexible and open to working a variety of shifts and schedules – eligible for shift premiums and weekly attendance bonus!
Responsibilities:
Under direct supervision performs a variety of mechanical maintenance manual labor tasks at production facility - may perform interior as well as exterior maintenance work
Engaged in the process of conditioning, treating, packaging and warehouse activities associated with the production of seed corn
Ensuring quality and conformance with standard operating procedures
Maintains safety standards and initiates & follows emergency procedures when necessary
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Must be able to work a rotating schedule
Must have mechanical experience and aptitude
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to work independently
Benefits & Pay:
Starting Pay: $15/hr ($600 each week!*)
Paid Every Friday!
