Routinely cleans the entire assigned area of the school building.
Helps prepare building for evening and weekend activities.
Cleans carpets and cares for vinyl tile and terrazzo floors by stripping, sealing and waxing.
Removes snow by shovel or snowblower.
Uses computers to input work orders, track attendance.
Qualifications:
- Frequent lifting, bending, carrying and moving heavy objects up to 50 lbs. such as furniture, trash, and bags of ice melt, snow removal.
The successful candidate will exhibit:
