This is a fully remote position. Several locations have been listed for marketing purposes but only one position is available.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Integration Manager – Water Quality Platform(WQ) is responsible to coordinate and deliver projects across WQ with a focus on an outstanding associate experience.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Drives for Results

  • Collaborate with WQ IT Shared Services Leadership and WQ IT partners to define and execute against technology blueprint

  • Drive technology discussion and strategy in line with business needs to develop technology roadmap

  • Leverage Project Management methodologies and project management practices in ensuring delivery of various technical & business initiatives

  • Lead multiple technology initiatives spanning across various technologies Infrastructure, ATLAS adoption, Tools implementation, etc.

  • Organize project teams comprising of cross-functional experts across multiple teams and vendors, based on budget, scope and timeline

  • Manage day-to-day execution of multiple interdependent projects by working directly with global technical teams. Manage procurement and onboarding process

  • Support execution team with resolution of roadblocks and interdependencies. Partner with technical and functional teams to the project to ensure their tasks are completed as required

  • Manage project risks, scope changes and other non-standard events throughout the life of the project

  • Manage stakeholder communication and progress reporting at various levels of the organization including leadership and executives

  • Track project outcomes realization and customer satisfaction levels through established metrics against service level. Ensure lessons learned are collected

  • Create project budgets and ensure ongoing budget tracking. Prepare, present & track monthly financial reviews of technical initiatives for Enterprise technology

Relationships and Influence

  • Engage global IT leaders and engineers to define global standards and technologies

  • Socialize, communicate, and influence global adoption and adherence to standards

  • Participate and influence global multi-Opco initiatives and Danaher initiated projects

Process improvement

  • Identify innovative solutions and continuous improvement opportunities

  • Continuously strive for operational excellence and develop automation strategies to improve productivity

  • Recommend and assist in developing business case solutions for projects that support process improvements and develop strategy to sustain the implemented solution

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, or Engineering or 5 years of IT technical experience or equivalent

  • Minimum 8 + years of IT professional experience

  • Minimum 5 + years of experience in IT Project Management including project and financial management leading cross functional initiatives and/or large global IT projects

  • Proven experience using project management methodologies to deliver business value and drive significant change across an organization. PMP or Prince2 Certification preferred.

  • Strong understanding and knowledge of various project and portfolio management methodologies with track record of implementing shared standards for large organizations

  • Strong leadership skills with ability to influence outcomes and organize teams to attain shared goals. Excellent influencing, interpersonal and communications skills (both written and verbal) with all levels of an organization.

  • Strong team player - collaborates well with others to solve problems and actively incorporates input from various sources.

  • Proven experience with various project management tools such as PPM, MS-Project, etc. Exposure to agile methodologies and tools.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills to resolve problems working in collaboration with multiple teams and individuals in reaching organizational goals

The hourly rate or salary range for this role is $115,400k to $135kUSD This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Colorado. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
