Lauridsen Group Inc. Customer Service Admin - Temporary in Ankeny, Iowa
The purpose of this job is to provide professional, detailed and efficient administrative support to the Customer Service team.
Temporary role, flexible hours available.
Data entry for all orders, including domestic and international orders.
Verify and roll all orders, to assure timely departure of orders.
Manage customer files, filing and or scanning of all documents for the department.
Responsible for document retention.
Enter purchase orders.
Manage or assist with the processing of customer complaints.
Complete additional projects as assigned.
Self-motivated, team player with excellent customer service skills.
Ability to maintain positive interpersonal relationships that encourage openness with customers and peers.
Knowledge in Logistics, Supply Chain or Business, or the equivalent of experience and evidence of exceptional ability.
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with Catavolt Systems and INFOR.
Effective, professional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality related to all duties and responsibilities.
Strong attention to detail, proofreading documents/reports and maintenance of documents.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while supporting the department.
Ability to produce accurate, professional, and error-free documents in a timely manner.
Ability to achieve data entry accuracy of 60-70 words per minutes.
Education and/or Experience:
High School diploma required with a minimum of 3 years related experience/and/or a combination of education and experience required. Associate’s degree in business, management, finance, operations, IT, or related field preferred.
