Position Description:Coordinates principal support and intervention for students in need of assistance administers the student conduct system; facilitates outreach services for the Dean of Students area; provides assistance to faculty and staff in their support of students; and serves as a visible member of the campus community.Percent of Time/Week:100%Service Schedule:Calendar YearEducation Requirements:Master's degree in higher education administration, college student personnel or related field required.Required Qualifications:At least two years full time experience in a student services field such as student conduct, counseling, residence life, advising, or student case management; experience with the adjudication of student discipline, crisis response, or student case management; demonstrated ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with diverse populations and effectively communicate with others required.
