We Are Looking to Add a Key Member to Our Contract Management Team!

The Contract Solutions Leader will be accountable for providing leadership and development to the Contract Solutions team within Contract Management. This team member is responsible for training and assisting in the development of Contract Solutions Specialists. This leader will serve as a resource for the entire Contract Management Team and team members company wide. This leader must be a true champion of the GreatAmerica Principles and GreatAmerica Experience Standards.

As the Contract Solutions Leader, You’ll:

  • Be the Expert and Trusted Resource! By gaining proficiency in all responsibilities related to the Contract Solutions role and serving as a critical resource across the organization. This will include a thorough understanding of our frontend and backend systems, efficient processing of contracts, understanding of remittance processes, and troubleshooting challenging situations related to contract management.

  • Be a Mentor and Coach! Through daily assistance as a dedicated resource and conducting effective one-on-ones with your team. You will evaluate each individuals’ professional goals and skillsets and work with them to identify a personal plan for growth and development.

  • Be a Change Champion! With a mindset of continuous improvement that will evolve the Contract Solutions role. Find opportunities to enhance the people, processes and technology within the team.

  • Be a Strategist! By contributing to the planning and progress of ongoing strategic initiatives for Contract Management that drive towards the future vision.

    To be successful in this role you’ll need:

  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required

  • Minimum 3 years financing/leasing or leadership experience is required

  • The ability to coach and develop for high performance

  • Superior organizational skills and a strong sense of urgency

  • The ability to solve problems and be inquisitive

  • An eagerness to find mutually beneficial win-win solutions
