About this position:

Do you enjoy problem-solving? Do you enjoy being accurate and thorough in your work? As a Cash Applications Specialist, you will apply lease payments quickly and accurately to ensure accurate invoicing, delinquency reporting, timely late charge posting and to promote strong dealer relationships.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Apply payments received by various methods in conjunction with lease contracts

  • Including: Lockbox, ACH, Wire, Online Pays, Phone Pays, Credit Cards, and Live with Invoices and buyouts to returns (BTR’s)

  • Assist with daily reconciliation to ensure applications are complete and accurate.

  • Daily Balancing Tuesday- Friday

  • Process return payments

  • Work with Account Support and other teams/functions on requests of payment reapplications and research requests

    Lives the GreatAmerica principles; involved in cross functional team efforts as required and assigned.

    Education, experience and skills required:

    For this position you must be a high school graduate or equivalent. An Associate’s degree is a plus. One to three years’ experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with a ten-key calculator is required. We are seeking a strong team player with the ability to work in a fast paced environment while meeting deadlines.
