Cedar Rapids Bank & Trust Marketing Specialist II in CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa
Cedar Rapids Bank and Trust is looking for a Marketing Specialist to join their team! The Marketing Specialist II is a role within our growing marketing and public relations team. In this role, you will work with various stakeholders to develop, manage, and execute strategies and initiatives to support the bank's various lines of business and organizational strategic goals. Our Marketing Specialist II team member should have a marketing background with the ability to operate both strategic and tactical levels in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication, creativity, attention to detail, and time management are key skills. Expertise in marketing including traditional, digital, and social is required. Experience with the financial services industry is a plus, but not required. This position is an excellent opportunity to lead, develop skills through several unique projects, put your knowledge to great use, and create memorable and impactful campaigns and experiences for our employees, clients, and community.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma, technical certificate, or equivalent required. Associate or bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field required.
- A minimum of five years of marketing related experience, and the ability to contribute and create value are also strong considerations.
