U.S. Bank Project Analyst 4 in Cedar Rapids, Iowa

Provides project and analytical support to assigned business line or functional area. Performs research, analysis, review, development, implementations, and monitoring of new and/or revised products/services. Acts as a project liaison with other departments. Analyzes current costs and estimates the cost or cost savings. Compiles and analyzes information for an assigned project or areas making recommendations based on findings. May supervise a team of project staff.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

  • Five to eight years of experience in project management activities

  • Two or more years of supervisory experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Advanced knowledge of 24 Hour Banking and/or Branch Banking procedures and processes

  • Strong organizational, communication and analytical skills

  • Thorough knowledge of project management

  • Ability to identify, analyze and resolve procedural impacts to end user and impacted business lines

  • Demonstrated leadership skills

  • Ability to manage productive relationships with Risk, Compliance and other teams to ensure quality and timely procedures/documents

  • Experience in technical or procedure writing preferred
