The Project Manager is responsible for successful execution of client project work within the Digital Advertising and/or Web space for Converge’s Higher Education Clients. The Project Manager will work closely with Business Developer Directors to ensure the completion of contracted work to client satisfaction. This position works directly with Clients’ senior executives and managers.


  • Build, coach, and develop high-performing, highly engaged teams

  • Efficiently execute all day-to-day operational aspects of projects, including communication of client needs to team ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

  • Measure and maintain project performance using appropriate tools and techniques

  • Management of client and team driving decisions across the project organization

  • Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members


  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 4+years in interactive Advertising, website or social development. Minimum 3+ years Agency experience

  • Manage and develop a highly focused, inspired, and engaged staff and create a culture to motivate, empower and retain talent.

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills as well as editing skills

  • Comprehensive understanding of digital advertising, web site design, usability, optimization requirements and constraints.

  • Able to consecutively manage multiple client projects of varying sizes and complexities.

  • Proven innovative problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills required, in addition to project management, prioritization and planning skills
