Apex Systems is working with a large insurance company that is looking for a Scrum Master to join their team long term- IMMEDIATELY. This is a 12-18 month contract to hire opportunity that sits remotely ( 100% of the time!)WE CAN SET A SKYPE IV TOMORROW!Positions Day to Day Responsibilities/Project Details (size, scale, scope)*Team is a final assembly for a manufacturing plant* Interfacing with the separate teams i making sure there arenit delays i and the items are coming in order- teams arenit always transparent with whatis happening, and this person will need to hold them accountable*4 different teams to interface with*Dig API, Banks, Biz stakeholders team (underwriting), iGO team (e apps team, front end work)*There will be an effort around testing*This person will coordinate with the teams who will come up with processes for testing on whose accountable, coordinating the biz (UAT), the tech team, and the QA to set guidelines etc.What do they need to SEE on a resume to want to IV this person?A previous BA with Scrum exp. would be stellarWhat are the top 3 MUST HAVE requirements of the position (yrs. exp, technical, etc.)?1. 3-5-7 Yrs Scrum ExpSprint planningWorking the backlogPrioritizing workMeeting with team to understand MOST pressing needsManaging the requirements and to make user stories are actionableAre they compete enough to roll outIs it in a show ready state to hand off to IT people doing the workHandle meetings/step in to help with impediments-bring in outside expertise etc.Discussion with partner teams2.
