Geonetric Senior Client Advisor in Cedar Rapids, Iowa
The Senior Client Advisor partners with our healthcare clients to drive their web strategy and online initiatives. This position works with large, multi-organizational clients that work closely with Geonetric on a variety of complex projects. You’ll be the primary point of contact for our clients and provide them with amazing web marketing support. You’ll be the subject matter expert internally on VitalSite capabilities, as well as on your client, working across teams to ensure a positive and profitable client relationship.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
While you might get to work on just about anything at Geonetric, you’ll primarily:
Maintain and expand a strong, positive, and profitable client relationship balancing client and company needs, ensuring positive client satisfaction and renewal.
Deliver amazing customer service to clients and be a resource for day-to-day web activities.
Serve as a subject matter expert on Geonetric software by providing technical support and guidance, troubleshooting complex issues, and facilitating integrations.
Manage client accounts by gathering complex work requirements, working across teams to provide estimates, supporting the contract renewal process, and address client challenges.
Schedule and lead client progress calls including customizing client recommendations, developing status reports, and managing client requests.
Update client sites with system upgrades including testing and validation of client-specific customizations with the upgrade functionality. Test and push requested website design and tech changes to live.
Act as a liaison between technical and subject matter experts and our client contacts, working across teams to solve problems and address issues.
Participate in large projects (such as site re-designs and multi-service projects), participating in kick off meetings and progress calls as needed.
Manage client work to set expectations, communicate updates, and address client concerns.
Review client websites and client goals through site reviews and presentations and make recommendations for improvement.
Identify opportunities and recommend additional Geonetric products and services to maximize client’s investments in Geonetric and work across teams to advance the opportunity.
Recommend enhancements to Geonetric products and services to better meet client needs.
Pair and consult with team members to teach and share knowledge on products, features, services, processes and client messaging.
Determine best practices and identify and lead process improvement opportunities.
Communicate critical client messaging, including at risk clients, client escalations, and complex technical information.
Education and Experience
Associate’s degree in marketing, business, or related field, bachelor’s Degree Preferred
5+ years of related experience in client relationship management, technical advising, or business analysis required
Web experience preferred (site development, Web applications, digital services)
Microsoft Office experience required
Previous experience with CMS (Content Management System) preferred
Basic HTML skills preferred
Strong analytical and organizational skills required
Strong verbal and written communication skills required
