Job Description

The Customer Account Coordinator role is part of the Intertrade Repairs Team. The Customer Account Coordinator is the principal vendor contact for all repair orders and administration of vendor repair orders throughout the order life cycle. The Customer Account Coordinator performs a variety of simple to complex repair order entry and repair administration tasks. Duties involve the understanding of and the application of departmental procedures and workflow activities. The Customer Account Coordinator works to ensure that deliverables are met and all aspects of vendor relationship management are applied. Primary responsibilities include:

  • Processing repair orders against established requirements

  • Processing additional administrative tasks relating to credit and quality

  • Interact internally with product line, sales, finance, warehouse, and purchasing per the requirements of the position

  • Manage the general repairs email box and proper routing to repairs account owner

  • Responsible for vendor relationship management including on-time delivery, order updates, repair scope requirements, and negotiation of pricing
