Role Overview

The 24/7 Global Security Operations Center is an organized and highly skilled team whose mission is to continuously monitor and improve security posture while preventing, detecting, analyzing, and responding to security incidents, and events, with the aid of both technology and well-defined protocols with a customer centric approach. This is an analyst role who works in alignment with the leadership in daily support of the Global Security Operations Center mission.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Triage, analysis, and mitigation of potential and real-time security threats, incidents and compliance issues.

  • Incident and emergency (internal 911) dispatch, response, management and reporting of internal resources and local municipalities.

  • Real-time security operations and monitoring a wide network of security access points, alarms, and cameras to identify and resolve threats.

  • Communicate with senior leadership on global incidents, operational and critical scenarios and provide tier one investigative support.

  • Tier one service (break/fix) with the ability to exploit full capabilities of the system for troubleshooting, consumer assistance, etc

  • NISP and NIST (DFARS) compliance in relation to security technology applications and end of line devices.

  • Conduct audit and maintenance on security technology applications, assets and controlled environments for regulatory compliance.

  • Continuously improve standard operating procedures as operating environment changes.

  • Provide quality resolution to assigned projects as delegated by leadership.

  • Tier one service with capability to exploit full system functionality for troubleshooting, consumer assistance, etc.

*Access control management: access and credential distribution, provisioning and management.

*Camera surveillance system operability and awareness.

*Fire system monitoring, imminent threat and mass notification.

*Intrusion detection management: alarm response, uniform division dispatching, and reporting.

*Visitor management automated processing, management and troubleshooting.

QualificationsBasic Qualifications:

  • This position requires an HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience. In the absence of a HS diploma, GED or AA/AS degree, 6 years of relevant experience is required.

  • Must be a US Citizen

  • Must have or be capable of obtaining a US Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance. Candidate selected will be subject to a government security investigation/reinstatement and must meet eligibility requirements

  • Experience with standard software applications for communications, productivity, and presentation

  • Understanding of physical security controls and methodologies

  • Schedule flexibility, individual must be able to work irregular hours, weekends and holidays, and peer backfills when needed

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in physical security applications such as access control, camera surveillance, imminent threat, intrusion detection, and visitor management.

  • Experience in emergency and incident management.

  • Experience in intelligence driven data analysis.
