Fiserv Sr Pre-Sales Engineer (Dynamics 365) in Cedar Rapids, Iowa

We're seeking an experienced pre-sales engineer to support sales of our Dynamics 365 banking CRM solution, Enteract.

Fiserv CRM Solutions helps financial institutions to accelerate sales, improve efficiency and elevate customer experience using cloud-native banking CRM technology, built on Microsoft Dynamics 365.

As a Senior Pre-Sales Engineer, you can look forward to:

  • Applying expert technical knowledge of Dynamics 365 and strong working knowledge of Power Platform and Azure to provide complete technical support throughout sales cycles

  • Maintaining a deep understanding of adjacent Fiserv solutions and the typical IT estate and priorities of banks and credit unions

  • Presenting technical solution overviews to clients, explaining application architecture including RBAC features, ETL and integration options

  • Leading technical discovery sessions to define data sources, identify integration requirements and scope customizations in collaboration with Professional Services / Implementations colleagues

  • Creating and presenting content to explain application architecture, integration and basic network connectivity diagrams

  • Working with Fiserv Technology Services to design viable solutions for network connectivity, cloud integration and cyber security

  • Consulting with Microsoft Technical Solution Specialists and other partners to devise innovative solutions for unique client needs

  • Creating and maintaining templates and tailoring technical proposals to specific client scenarios

  • Determining infrastructure requirements and estimating Azure consumption using templates and calculator tools

  • Assisting with small-scale proof of concepts to illustrate solution capabilities that address specific client needs

  • Administering and enhancing Dynamics 365 sales demo environments of to showcase the latest Fiserv and Microsoft capabilities and to address specific demo scenarios

Basic Qualifications for Consideration:

  • 3+ Years of technical solutions consulting (pre-sales or implementation) related to enterprise SaaS applications

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Significant experience supporting complex sales or implementations of SaaS applications to banking or other financial services segment

  • Expert knowledge of Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Azure (equivalent knowledge of comparable platforms such as Salesforce and Oracle will be considered for fast learners)
