Develop key relationships with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers to expedite all hiring needs and create sourcing pipelines of talent to fill all openings in a timely and cost-efficient manner
Participate in regular meetings with TA Partners and hiring managers to go over recruiting strategies for open positions, discuss upcoming needs as well as obtain follow up on recruiting efforts & new hires.
Maintain keen understanding of talent market, supply, demand and competitor intelligence. In addition, maintain a keen understanding of latest trends around most effective sourcing strategies to strategize ways to find and engage active and passive candidates.
Post all positions internally and externally in Hibu’s application tracking system, on external job boards and various social recruiting sites.
Develop creative sourcing strategies for active and passive candidates. Use sourcing and research tools and techniques to identify passive candidates through online professional networks and associations, LinkedIn Campaigns, traditional networking, Boolean Searches, data mining and using social media.
Review resumes and present screened and qualified candidates to your TA Partner to be presented to stakeholders in various markets across the US in consideration of critical hiring needs as assigned.
Be passionate about maintaining excellent relationships with all candidates and provide a best in class experience during the recruitment and on-boarding process.
Provide feedback and recommendations to internal applicants regarding strength and development needs of candidates; send turn down letters to external candidates.
Assist in determining appropriate compensation using corporate guidelines; presents recommendations to hiring managers and extends internal & external offers of employment.
Carry out administrative functions of recruiting team and manage opening/updating/closing positions as well as updating candidate status in application tracking system. Manage pre-employment testing for all corporate positions (exempt and non-exempt) including background checks and necessary feedback.
Leads/Facilitates the New Hire and Exit Survey process – identifies and presents trends and makes recommendations for improvement in the overall employment experience.
