Middle School Teacher
The Central City Community School District is accepting applications for a 6-8 Math Teacher for the 2024-2025 school year school year. Current classes are 6, 7, and 8^th^ Grade Math and 2 sections of 6^th^ grade Social Studies.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITES
Develops weekly plans
Maintains on-ongoing, open communication with parents.
Participates in on-going in-service and educational development opportunities provided by the district.
Staff must believe in and act in accordance with the districts mission statement.
EDUCATION / SKILLS and ABILITIES
5-12 Math Teaching License
5-8 Social Studies or willing to get Middle School Endorsement
Good communication, problem solving, and priority setting skills as well as maintaining an overall Positive and professional attitude/disposition.
Ability to use a computer
Ability to effectively plan, organize, and implement educational curriculum.
Experience with P.B.I.S and High Reliability Schools
POSITION DETAILS
Continuing contract position.
Compensation will be based on the Teacher Salary in the Master Agreement.
