Description

• Provides technical assistance to engineers and technicians.
• Assists technicians in handling routine customer challenges.
• Responds to customer calls and inquiries.
• Redirects customer calls to appropriate corresponding engineers and technicians.
• Assists and supports technicians in repairing electronic products.
• Performs tests and repairs on electronic items, equipment and machinery.
• Provides technical services to customers on time.
• Collects payments from customers for technical services provided.
• Keeps abreast of new NSK technical developments to provide excellent customer service.
• Adheres to corporate standards in technical assistant functions.

This job requires a minimum of a High School Diploma or Equivalent and 4 to 6 years of position-related experience; preferably 6 to 8 years of position-related experience.
