Requirements:
Ability to connect with children and understand their individual needs
Skills that would be present in a Level III classroom
Assisting and supervising children with physical activities, a reasonable level of physical fitness and stamina is strongly recommended.
Collaboration with head and assistant coaches, other athletes, and potentially parents to provide support to your assigned athlete.
Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential for success in this role
Ability to adjust strategies and approaches based on individual needs and circumstances is important
Flexible with practice plans and locations.
Inclement weather may directly affect the location or time in which you need to report
Hourly pay: starting pay rate of first year paraprofessional
Positive attitude and able to work in flexible work environment.
