This includes directing the launch of multi-year global brand campaigns focused on driving revenue through increased IDT brand awareness, as well as orchestrating and integrating corporate public relations (PR) strategies into global brand efforts.ResponsibilitiesEssential Functions:* Supervises and directs staff which would include employee hiring, training, evaluations and discipline. * Develops global brand strategies and tactics, including regional campaign optimization and localization* Guides corporate brand partnerships and collaborations globally, including managing ongoing relationships with branding support vendors * Sources and validates voice of customer (VOC) and key opinion leader (KOL) input* Drives corporate public relations strategies and tactics, including managing ongoing relationships with public relations support vendors* Oversees corporate social media channels, supporting internal subject matter experts and global marketing campaign owners* Interfaces with the IDT Marketing graphics design team responsible for digital imagery and collateral development, as well as collaborates on industrial design and brand injection into product build-out * Demonstrates and upholds behavior consistent with the Integrated DNA Technologies Core Values and delivers the Integrated DNA Technologies experience to customers and other business associates* Performs other duties as assigned Education:* Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred Professional Experience:* Minimum of six years of managing marketing and digital marketing organizations with emphasis on brand and public relations leadership.
