This position is responsible for multiple client sites and will ensure proper employee performance by adhering to company and client policies and procedures in accordance with client contract needs.*Essential Functions and Responsibilities:Provide direction to Security personnel during non-business hours for multiple Per Mar client accounts.Respond to issues at time of occurrence.Adhere to and enforce all Per Mar and client company policies and procedures.Responsible for handling and responding to employee complaints while keeping the Site Supervisor, Account Manager, Operations or General Branch Manager informed.Report incidents involving Security Officers to Supervisors and Management.Ensure security integrity of client location supervised by inspecting posts of each assigned account.Perform Security Officer duties as needed.Maintain good client relations with client contact.Maintain and distribute required reports and records.Ensure no open posts occur by obtaining suitable replacements and/or filling in personally as needed.Maintain measures to control overtime and training costs.Carry or wear the Per Mar ID card and security license(s) at all times.Wear and maintain appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) as outlined for the position and follow all PPE policies and procedures.Perform post inspections and ride along with supervisory personnel periodically to ensure quality of service.*Essential Functions to be performed with or without a reasonable accommodationsPosition RequirementsSupervisory Responsibilities:There are no direct reports for this position. The Field Supervisor will act as a liaison for Security personnel at assigned accounts during non-business hours. Employee issues and incidents will be passed along by the Field Supervisor to the appropriate supervisor/manager in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.Licensure:Must be licensed according to all state rules and regulations that govern the licensing of security personnel to perform work in the state where the position is located.Must possess a current driver's license and have a good driving record.Education and/or Experience:High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required for all Per Mar positions.Previous Security Officer and/or six months to one year related supervisory experience is required.Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:Must be able to be On-Call/ available 24 hours per day for contact in case of emergency.Must be physically able to perform all Security Officer duties on all shifts and the sites supervised.Ability to read and interpret documents and instructions such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, schedules, procedure manuals, short correspondence, and memos.Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in addition to good customer service skills.Must have ability to write routine reports and correspondence.Must have ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.Must have ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.Must be able to define and deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.Must have basic computer skills.Must be detail oriented and able to handle multiple tasks.Must be capable of handling stressful situations without decreasing productivity.Possess sufficient supervisory and clerical skills to perform essential job functions as listed above.Must adhere to, be
