JOB SUMMARY

The Financial Analyst is responsible for development, maintenance and implementation of system and process improvements for financial tracking. This position is also responsible for monthly reporting including forecasting and trend analysis within the organization.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Generate Monthly reporting packages for division.

• Support SG&A departments with monthly data and analysis.

• Tracks and ensures the delivery of operating plans through reporting and identification of key variances while driving recommended required actions to close gaps or capitalize on favorable trends.

• Analyzes ROI and profitability for business initiatives.

• Develops and approves recommendations to change systems, policies, and procedures; ensures timely and accurate implementation.

• Communicates and interprets sales operating policies and procedures.•Maintains and updates financial reporting.

• Prepares forecasts and analyzes trends in sales, finance, general business conditions, and other related area.

• Prepare ad hoc analysis (staffing models, cost/benefit analysis, Capital Request)

• Ability to travel (up to 20%)

• Other duties as assigned

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and a minimum of two (2) years job-related experience.

• Broad knowledge of financial concepts, procedures, and practices.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft office, specifically Word, Outlook Exchange and proficient in Internet Explorer.

• Communicate with all levels of internal personnel, both verbally and in writing.

• Able to express ideas in a concise and organized manner.

• Read, comprehend, interpret, and analyze moderately complex financial and business documents

• Work under absolute deadlines with a strong emphasis on quality of work.

• Develop and maintain good working relationships.

• Work in and contribute to a positive team environment.

• Manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously

• Able to express ideas in a concise and organized manner.
