  • Serves as contact and resource for aligned faculty. Monitors renewals and schedules monitoringsessions and assists in orientation of new faculty.

  • Ensures student files are in compliance with American Heart Association’s and Mercy Collegerequirements for all classes including those taught by aligned faculty.

  • Manages the purchasing and processing for Ecards. Ensures payment is received timely andinventory is maintained to meet demands.

  • Assists with coordinating National Registry testing for the Emergency Medical Technician students.

  • Assists instructors with room set up, securing supplies, materials and equipment. Orders andmaintains inventory of supplies, materials and equipment.

  • Provides general office support for the Training Center, including typing correspondence, copying,filing, ordering supplies and scheduling meetings.

  • Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned.


  • Associate degree or equivalent experience.

  • Three to five years’ experience in providing general office support.

  • Demonstrated experience providing support for multiple individuals.

  • Proficient experience in computers and word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software.

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize, multi-task and attention to detail.

  • Demonstrated ability to use sound judgment and discretion.

  • Experience providing support in a higher education environment preferred.
