We are representing a leading manufacturing company known for their commitment to producing high-quality products. They are committed to continuous growth and are seeking an experienced Accounting Specialist to join our corporate office.

Job Description:

As an Accounting Specialist, you will work directly with our finance team and perform all necessary accounting duties across multiple departments. You'll play a vital role in maintaining accurate financial records, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities:

1. Process accounts receivable/payable and handle payroll in a timely manner.

2. Performing accounting transactions and tasks, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and budget reviews.

3. Maintain precise records of all vendor transactions, including invoices, payments, and expense reports.

4. Analyzing financial data and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

5. Implement and ensure compliance with company accounting procedures and policies.

6. Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors and customers.

7. Assist with annual audits and provide information as necessary.

8. Monitor financial transactions and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established accounting standards.

   Requirements

9. A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

10. Proven experience as an Accounting Specialist or similar role in a manufacturing setting.

11. Knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, laws, and regulations.

12. Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and accounting software.

13. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

14. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

15. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
