Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to expand our client's accounting team. The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in accounts payable, with proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics. Applicants must also be able to work in a fast-paced environment with an emphasis on precision and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Process and prepare AP transactions in compliance with company policies

2. Manage vendor relations and inquiries

3. Performing monthly reconciliations of accounts payable

4. Processing credit applications for new vendors

5. Maintain accurate and organized records in Microsoft Dynamics

6. Assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and yearly closings

7. Resolve AP issues as they arise with minimal supervision

8. Assist with other accounting projects as needed Requirements

9. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field

10. Experience: 2-3 years' experience in Accounts Payable

11. Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics accounting software is highly desirable

12. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel

13. Ability to manage high volume data with attention to detail and accuracy.

14. Understanding of accounting principles and best practices

15. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

16. Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards
