At Eyerly Ball, we are currently seeking anAdministrative Managerto oversee the Administrative team in the Des Moines and Ames offices. This role will be responsible for overseeing the administrative team across the organization and ensuring the day-to-day operations of the administrative offices. The Administrative Manager will work closely with our Clinical leadership team and the Revenue Cycle team to provide a high level of customer service to the organization and our clients.

To be successful in this role the Administrative Manager must be very detail-oriented, have knowledge of medical coding, be able to collaborate effectively, and be able to handle high-stress situations. This position will oversee a variety of functions within the Administrative team including: Coordination of day-to-day operations of outpatient clinics, scheduling of services, maintaining filing records, developing and maintaining office policies and procedures, interviewing and hiring support team members, and meeting all state, federal, and local regulations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree

Minimum of 5 years in a medical/ clinical office setting.

Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or management position.

Valid driver’s license and $100,000/$300,000 liability auto insurance coverage and good driving record

Preferred Qualifications

o Master’s Degree

o Professional Association of Healthcare Office Management (PAHCOM) Certified Medical Manager (CMM)
