Enterprise Products solves complex business problems at Facebook through a combination of building and buying best-in-class enterprise solutions. We help Facebook business teams achieve more effective and productive outcomes at scale.Legal and Compliance Products supports a range of legal and regulatory compliance business teams across Facebook to help keep our company and products in good standing with governments, partners, and customers globally. We are seeking a creative, problem solver that can identify the most important business problems and solve those with best-in-class industry solutions. This role requires a product mindset, understanding your customer and identifying what really matters. Relationship building and influence are required across internal and external stakeholders, as you drive business outcomes that change the trajectory of Facebook.
Work with the business to identify, design, and execute best-in-class vendor solutions
Understand risks, issues, status, and fix problems to get the project back on track
Understand and design how vendor solutions work with in-house products and solutions (e.g. integrations)
Help make buy vs build decisions based on principles and objective evidence
Work closely with business and product managers, designers, and more to develop short and long-term strategies by understanding business and user needs
Establish operational and goal metrics, push for continuous improvement
Build domain expertise for areas such as eDiscovery, Compliance (legal, regulatory and internal), Intellectual Property and Legal Workflows
Cultivate and manage complex internal and external relationships
Ensure system security, data integrity, privacy, and legal of our systems
5+ years post-collegiate work experience building in-house software or implementing vendor software and systems
3+ years working with vendors and partners to identify, negotiate, influence, purchase, and implement complex systems
2+ years experience performing data analysis or BI
Experience with SQL
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
Experience with eDiscovery, Matter and Case Management, Compliance Policy Management
