Aerotek Back Office Support Associate - Remote in Des Moines, Iowa

Seeking a back office support associate who will work remotely to support a team of independent advisors. This position is largely processing in nature. To be considered, candidates must be local to Iowa and must also be able to provide their own computer and second screen to perform the job functions. The hours for this position are Monday - Friday from 8 am - 5 pm.

On a daily basis, this person will be responsible for processing back office support functions for various client accounts which could include, but are not limited to the following: creating new accounts, updating client paperwork, handling account transfers, account closures, processing address changes, facilitating IRA distributions, wire requests and other duties, as assigned. There will be some phone work required for internal or client follow up.

To be qualified for this position, candidates must have 1 year of office experience. Strong attention to detail skills are necessary to be successful in this role. A high school diploma is a requirement, while higher education is preferred. In addition, experience working with Microsoft Office systems, strong communication and excellent collaboration skills are necessary.
