Aerotek Business Coordinator in Des Moines, Iowa


Candidate must meet requirements, is readily available to begin the role, and that their resume reflects the accurate experience that relates to the requisition! This position is also 100% remote and will last at least through the end of 2021.

Daily Duties:

Team members will be responsible for ordering eligibility materials for several clients. They will be responsible for reviewing participant listings, gathering appropriate materials, and submitting orders to printing area.

Develop and promote positive customer relationships, educate customers about company products and service and provide feedback to improve service and customer retention. Process customer transactions and respond to account inquires about billing information and eligibility requirements.

Will use Microsoft products & Salesforce. Proprietary systems, such as; RIS Systems, Online Document Application, Internal Useforms through UI Screens.

Looking for candidates with Microsoft Excel experience, self motivated, and strong attention to detail with a customer focus. Must be comfortable meeting deadlines with quality!

Excellent customer service skills, oral and written communication, organizational, problem-solving and basic math skills required.

This role requires a high degree of accuracy with strong attention to detail. Ability to perform well under pressure and set priorities for multiple work tasks. Ability to maintain confidentiality is essential.
