Responsibilities will include: Develop commercial tire segment to meet and exceed profitability goals as defined by the strategic plan, annual sales budget, and desired levels of market penetration for overall volume, margin, and product line. Maintain outstanding levels of customer service. Keep customers current with updated pricing information; maintain accurate and up-to-date notes relating to customer contact and promotional activities. Meet with customers to sell products & services, establish relationships and solve problems. Achieve successful outcomes through application of a consultative relationship based sales process, providing solutions to business problems. Research the market territory and share insights. Assess and monitor competition in territory to identify potential and/or lost business. Determine customer requirements for products and services and share feedback to help inform product assortment and pricing as well as sales and marketing programs and materials to meet profitability goals. Monitor sales and margin performance by reviewing and analyzing reports; help communicate results and translate into action-oriented plan to meet or exceed profitability goals. Maintain an in depth knowledge of company product offering. Maintain outstanding levels of customer service and continued rapport with current and potential customers for future growth opportunities. Able to think and react quickly under pressure with knowledgeable response.
