Evaluate situations and provide strategic guidance to internal and external business partners on a variety of complex compliance issues.Additional responsibilities may include:Provide comprehensive analysis and guidance on laws, regulations and complex compliance issues.Collaborate with various business areas to provide solutions for complex regulatory needs.Prepare and review various compliance based reports.Qualifications:Skills required:Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of relevant compliance experience.Proven written and verbal communications, decision making, analytical, and organizational skills required.Must have the ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team environment.Proficient PC skills including word processing, spreadsheets, database management, and web applications preferred.FINRA licensing may be required.Preferred:Previous experience with state regulatory examinations preferred.Previous compliance or operational experience in a financial services organization preferred.Visa Sponsorship:This position is not eligible for sponsorship for work authorization by Principal.
