The Contract Administrator Ld is responsible for serving as a team lead for the contract administration staff at a regional site for Life, Disability and Supplemental Health products.
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Develops and oversees the regulatory approval process.
Evaluates and ensures compliance with insurance, and self-funded benefit contracts and benefit booklets, administrative service agreements, applications, and related processes and procedures.
Provides consultative services to sales and client groups and internal operational teams to interpret plan design requests, research and resolve account inquiries and resolve benefits issues.
Develops and files contracts and applications with the various state insurance departments when needed.
BA/BS in a related field and a minimum of 6 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Life & Disability Contract Product Knowledge
Experience with Microsoft Office products & SERFF
Ability to travel may be required.

Experience working with State Insurance Department
Critical Thinking & Problem-Solving techniques a plus

Annual Salary Range*: $92,100 – $110,520
Actual compensation may vary from posting based on geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill level.
