Randstad is seeking candidates with knowledge of mortgage documents and experience with Microsoft Excel for a long-term contract opportunity for a financial institution in Des Moines. Responsibilities

• Performing loan documentation review

• Analyzing applications/documents

• Working with 3rd parties to validate correct contact information via phone or email

• Obtaining/ordering missing documents

• Ensuring compliance within companies policies and procedures

The essential functions of this role include:

• working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week
