As our Director of Nursing with Wesley on Grand , you will coordinate all care provided by the health care team to ensure the delivery of the best possible quality of services for all residents and their families.

  • Plan, develop, organize, and provide leadership to the services of the nursing department. Ensure all compliance pieces are being met.

  • Develop, advocate, and model the creation of a home for those living within our health center. Enable and support independence by approaching each resident on an individualized basis and coaching all team members to build relationships, identify preferences, and act based on that person’s specific needs.

  • Guides, mentors, and coaches all team members in the art of delivering high-quality clinical care within a non-institutionalized environment.

  • Ensure residents and family members receive the appropriate services and levels of care at all times and coordinate care across a variety of services to ensure smooth handoffs to over-services

  • Lead and direct the nursing department to ensure process efficiency, appropriate staffing standards, team member safety, budgetary compliance, and clinical quality.

  • Educate and provide coaching in implementing appropriate plans of action to achieve deficiency-free surveys and to meet or exceed survey and inspection standards while still working toward the de-institutionalized model of long-term care.

  • Collaborate with the team to assist in maintaining health center occupancy levels, including pre-admission screenings and discharge planning.

Compensation:

  • The starting salary range for this position is $100000 - $115000 / year. Pay rate will be based on years of experience.
