May monitor status of deliverables, data processing and reporting schedulesCollaborating with team members and networks to support the development, implementation and completion of quality improvement initiativesReviewing electronic communication for factual and grammatical errors and verifying brand-alignment effortsAnalyzing electronic communication response data on an ongoing basis and communicating opportunities to team membersActing as a liaison between assigned team and other teams within IHCDevelop and disseminate professional, timely and accurate programmatic information to stakeholders Responding to telephone and written inquiries from stakeholdersProviding support and communications functions for management of social media, podcast channel, and online communication platformsDeveloping and delivering routine team and/or program emails, newsletters, announcements, and updatesAssisting with development, formatting and editing of business specific documents such as manuals, reports, and educational materials according to contract/program requirements and ensuring on-line or hard copy materials are accurate and in a professional format according to contract/program requirementsAssisting Executive and/or Functional Leadership in the preparation of performance reportsPerforming basic reporting database support functions Acting as backup to other Support Specialists, as neededPerforming other duties within IHC, as assignedThis is primarily a remote position with minimal time required in the IHC officeREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSAssociate degree in business, communications, administration or healthcare related field and/or equivalent training and experienceTwo to four years experience in project or administrative supportExperience with mass communications including newsletters, program materials and social media platformsExperience handling multiple projects simultaneouslyDemonstrated ability to work effectively in a deadline driven environmentAbility to effectively multi-task, take initiative and problem solveFamiliarity with Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Access and PowerPoint.Excellent written, oral and presentation skillsStrong knowledge of office procedures with emphasis on organizing workflow, word-pro
