We strive to provide a workplace built on teamwork, comprised of team players who take pride in a job well done while consistently achieving results that exceed our customers expectations.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesManage sales activity including client web portal demand interfaces of assigned customer accounts,Field inbound sales and make outbound sales phone callsDevelop sustainable customer relationships through consultative product and application education.Manage client web portal demand interfaces of assigned accounts in order to ensure ERP system is updated to appropriately reflect supply and demand ratios required by client contracts.Maintain a high level of information flow within the applicable CRM platform at assigned accounts.Coordinate approval from CSM, Pricing Analyst, Product Management, and/or General Manager on pricing levels that deviate from system pricing.Maintain a high level of communication with Production, Field Sales, Purchasing, Accounting, and other departments to ensure and maintain great customer service.Coordinate and manage customer demand forecasts.Manage system generated variance reports at assigned accounts to identify market risks and opportunities.Coordinate RMA/CM process and approvals across all relevant stakeholders.Attend/complete company sponsored/required training.Work with Accounts Receivable on collection and or corrections on customer accounts.Periodically attend industry tradeshows and assist with tradeshow booth display set-up.Education and/or ExperienceAssociates degree AND a minimum of 3 years of B2B inside sales or;Account management experience or;Successful equivalent of technical sales experience using MRP, Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent verbal and written communication skillsBachelors degree with an emphasis in business, sales or marketing is strongly preferred.Required Skills and AbilitiesDemonstrated skills in continuous learning.Excellent customer relations skills: skillful listening, presentation, problem solving, and negotiation.Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PPT.Proven ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously, exhibit sense of urgency, and meet deadlines.Understands sales and bookings plans.Valid driver license and acceptable DMV record are highly preferred.Strong consultative selling skills.Detail-oriented and well organized with good follow-through.Ability to learn and utilize business systems (e.g., ERP, I.
