Aerotek Lead Specialist in Des Moines, Iowa


These position will be 100% working from the office and schedules ranging between 12:30 PM-9PM, 20-40 hours a week. This position will assist with calling potential customer and putting them in contact with a licensed insurance agents.

Daily Duties:

The primary responsibility of a Lead Specialist is to call potential customers (prospects) and put them in contact with a licensed agent.

An additional responsibility is to answer occasional incoming calls from select states. Lead Specialists are expected to make every attempt to contact each lead assigned.

The ideal candidate will be self-sustaining and able to make general decisions as necessary based on experience and understanding of the role.

General computer knowledge as well as previous phone experience is helpful. Ideal candidates are customer service focused with a friendly attitude and soft sales skills.

The environment is fast paced and achieving call center metrics is pivotal to success in the role.

Handles service and sales inquiries across multiple distribution channels (phone, email, fax, etc.). Must be comfortable working through objections and selling.

Follow direction on computer screen to call leads through headset and leave a voicemail if possible.

Effective oral and written communication skills are important to interact with all levels of contacts
