With today's most comprehensive line of products, services and technologies we are the provider of choice for industrial, government, commercial, residential and national account customers such as schools, hospitals, retailers, financial institutes and airports.The Program Manager will play a key role in the management of design, installation, maintenance, and specification development tasks in support of both local and national account clients.Position Responsibilities:Responsible for coordinating new installations for the assigned customerWork directly with Service Technicians and Branch Project Managers to ensure projects are completed as per the project deadlineMeet with customer to determine customized security solutions that will meet their individual needsResponsible for initiating, tracking and coordinating security issues for assigned customer, correcting programming issues, determining vendor involvement and setting response priority to security issuesServe as the primary customer interface to effectively communicate and ensure customer satisfactionAct as a liaison between the branch and the customerMaintain the quality, quantity, and timeliness of answers to customer questions or problemsProvide monthly reports on the installation service work to customer and direct managerEnsure the timely issuance of technical service reports and the proper dissemination of informationProvide technical support, in person and via telephone, to dealers and end users, sales, and customer serviceCommunicate with appropriate departments regarding customer complaints that could develop into product issues, customer dissatisfaction or major product failuresPerforms other duties as assigned.Required QualificationsAssociates degree or 5+ years experience in lieu of degree in systems integratin or financial industryPreferredQualificationsWorking knowledge of SAP and ERP systems preferredCertified in A+, NBFAA Level 2, NICET Level 3, Certified CSPM or PgMPProficient with personal computers and Microsoft Office including Windows NT, SQL and Network TrainingExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to balance multiple priorities and excel in a deadline driven environmentKnowledge of FLSA laws and regulations along with prevailing wage rate laws for respective territoryMust be customer service-orientedSBDCSS868688https://www.eeoc.gov/employers/upload/eeoc\_self\_print\_poster.pdf
