Our North American Talent Acquisition team is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to source, engage and hire talent to support our multiple locations throughout the region.You will be a partner to our North American Human Resources team and Hiring Managers in filling positions within our matrixed organization.Job Responsibilities Recruit for high-volume and niche positions in a quick turn-around and frequently changing environmentIdentify, prescreen, evaluate, summarize, present and recommend candidates for interview/selection.Consult with Hiring Manager's and HR and assist in decision makingUnderstand employment markets, compensation data, and hiring trends and present relevant information to hiring teamsOversee Production, Skilled and Professional candidate sourcing activities in order to fill open positionsPipeline candidates through the use of Evergreen postings and other sourcing methodsMaintain recruiting Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements in order to be proactive in achieving the expectations of candidates and internal stakeholdersManage the applicant progression of applications and candidates in the selection process through the Applicant Tracking SystemCollaborate with the team to identify and draft requirements, organize and plan, recruit candidates, assist other recruiters as needed or requested, and advise/consult with management on processes, procedures, negotiating strategies, and winning strategiesImplement the best practices for diverse and inclusive sourcing, recruiting and hiringBackground and Skills Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing or related area3-5 years of recruitment experience in high-volume niche marketsAbility to work in a fast-paced matrixed environmentKnowledge of Federal and State employment regulatory complianceDanfoss - Engineering Tomorrow At Danfoss, we are engineering solutions that allow the world to use resources in smarter ways - driving the sustainable transformation of tomorrow.
