Your Position:

Your Responsibilities

As a Busines Unit Manager for Dubuque Works located in Dubuque, Iowa, you will direct the manufacturing operation for a self-contained business. In addition, you will ...

  • Have responsibility for daily executions of a build plan, manage CI, CIPP, Expense and Capital budgets as well as the functions of manufacturing Engineering and Quality.

  • Plan major projects including PDP launches and manufacturing strategies.

What Skills You Need

  • Demonstrated team leadership and ability to hold waged & salaried teams accountable

  • Effective communicator, who thrives on solving problems and working in a team environment

  • 5 or more years of experience in Manufacturing and/or Operations

  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and scheduling

  • 1 or more years of supervising production employees and experience leading salaried and waged teams

What Makes You Stand Out

  • Experience in Factory Master Planning / Production planning

  • Direct Experience leading/supervising wage employees

  • Evidence of responsiveness to customer needs and understanding the importance of delivering a quality product/experience

  • Lean Manufacturing knowledge and experience

  • Smart Connected Factory Experience

  • Experience with capital planning and asset management

  • Experience supervising engineering and production staffs

  • Experience with EPDP manufacturing design leadership roles

Education

Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:

  • Bachelors Degree
