Join a team that makes "Great Things Happen!"The Deposit Application Coordinator provides operations assistance as directed for various projects and assigned responsibilities as well as serves as a system administrator for applications in the Deposit Operations area (Footprints and Desktop Sales). This person is also responsible for making common file updates for the FISERV Signature System for Deposits.Responsibilities:* Provides courteous and efficient service to customers and employees in a timely manner.* Understands software applications used in the Deposit Operations Department and assists with troubleshooting. Primarily Desktop Sales, Footprints and the FISERV Signature common file for Deposit.* Assists with researching release changes in software, testing and developing the necessary training required for all member banks, as well as preparing a training schedule.* Leads and provides support to implement projects/modifications purchased or designed with FISERV or any other 3rd parties we contract for service.* Provides troubleshooting and problem resolution support with FISERV and other 3rd party vendors we may engage in to create processes for the Deposit Operations area.* Assists with acquisitions related to conversion process.* Responsible for providing quality training in the department business line to include:a. Selecting the appropriate training materials for training employees.b. Coordinating training programs with management.c. Delivering effective training.d. Executing training assessments/follow up training.* Completes annual E-Learning Plan and Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) training as assigned and keeps up-to-date knowledge of BSA as it relates to the job function.* Performs other duties as assigned.Job Requirements:* Bachelor's Degree in Business and/or Technology related field.* 3-5 year related experience in software support and implementation.* Banking experience preferred.* Previous training experience beneficial.* Experience troubleshooting and with problem resolution.* Understanding of deposit products and services.* Understanding of the technical components of products and services offered in the department (i.e. Internet browser functionality, password security, etc.)* Ability to easily establish rapport in dealing with all types of social styles.* Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word.Scheduled Weekly Hours:40Time Type:Full timeWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer and will consider all qualified applicants for the position without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability or protected veteran status.
