As a Multimedia Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the multimedia content for Hirschbach Motor Lines. This role will involve coordinating with operations and sales to produce high-quality multimedia materials that align with Hirschbach’s mission and values statements.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to support marketing and branding initiatives.
Create visually engaging designs for print and digital platforms, including social media graphics and website elements.
Collaborate with teams to execute multimedia projects with adhering to project timelines and deadlines.
Lead the creation of content, including but not limited to videos, podcasts and graphics.
Oversee the production process, including scripting, filming and editing.
Maintain and update multimedia assets, including organizing and archiving files.
Ensure all multimedia materials adhere to brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Monitor and analyze the performance of multimedia content to be able to make strategic decisions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field .
Proficiency in multimedia editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
Excellent project management skills
Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
Creative thinking and problem solving skills, with a keen eye for visual storytelling and design.
Proven track record of managing multimedia projects from concept to completion.
