Assistant Esports Coach/Housing Assistant (Part-time)

About the Position

This candidate will be responsible for assisting the Head Coach in all aspects of managing a college esports program. Position coordinates program recruitment and retention activities, competition and practice schedules, and supervision of participants and arena equipment. Assist Housing Director in the supervision and organization of the residential halls; deal with and make decisions on discipline problems.


Associate’s degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience in an eSports environment or related recruitment experience in an educational setting preferred. Must hold a current Class C Driver’s License with Passenger Endorsement or willingness to complete prior to the athletic season.


$4,000 for 12 months Coaching and $12,000 for 12 months Housing Assistant (no benefits). Room and board provided.
