Description

Robert Half is looking to bring an experienced Bookkeeper onto a growing team at an innovative firm. This position requires strong social skills and a collaborative work ethic. Major responsibilities

  • Balance accounts by reconciling entries

  • Outline Accounts Receivable invoices, reviewing payments received, and record deposits

  • Care for accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions

  • Oversee and maintain a well-run system to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts; define bookkeeping policies and procedures

  • Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information

  • Sustain collections of historical records by organizing documents

    Requirements

Required: 3+ years of Bookkeeping experience in QuickBooks Online.

This is a "clean up" project. We are working with a growing company that is working on a system improvement project, we are partnering with this local business to ensure their financials and books are up to date, monitor and prepare cash flow projections, create Excel reports for management and be able to roll up your sleeves and dive in.   • Expertise in Quickbooks Online

  • Job Cost experience highly desired

  • General familiarity with Invoice Payment

  • Practical knowledge of Profit and loss

  • Accounts Payable (AP) experience

  • Solid understanding of QuickBooks

  • Adeptness in Billing Collection

  • Foundational knowledge in Accounts Receivable (AR)

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Coding Invoices

  • 3+ years of previous experience as a Bookkeeper
