Aventure Staffing Production Lead in Humboldt, Iowa
Payrate is Dependent on Experience, Monday-Friday, Temp-to-Hire Opportunity!
An established trailer manufacturing company located in Humboldt, IA is looking for reliable, organized and self-motivated individuals to join their team as a Production Lead! The Production Lead position will work Monday-Thursday (7AM-4PM) and Friday (7AM-1PM) and pay is dependent on experience! This is a great temp-to-hire opportunity! Those with prior production/manufacturing lead experience are encouraged to apply!
Production Lead Responsibilities:
Lead, plan, instruct and coordinate the efforts of team members to achieve production goals
Work with team members to increase productivity and efficiency
Provide necessary orientation and instruction for newly assigned employees

To become a Production Lead, you'll need:
High School Diploma or GED
1-2 years or more of related experience
Excellent written and verbal communication
A good working knowledge of manufacturing practices
Self-Motivated
