Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Bakery Manager. The Assistant Bakery Manager will work in bakery operations, including baking, staff management, customer service, food safety, and inventory control. The Assistant Bakery Manager will also assist the Bakery Manager in planning, organizing, and directing bakery operations to ensure the highest quality of products and services.

Experience in managing bakery operations and staff management
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must be able to work weekends and flexible hours
Secondary education in Bakery and Pastry Arts, Food Service Management, or a related field is preferred
Hourly wage range $15 - $17 per hour based on experience and qualifications
