We are particularly interested in innovative scholars at the Assistant level. We are excited to consider candidates in all fields in Applied Microeconomics.A successful candidate will contribute to vibrant and expanding programs at the graduate and undergraduate levels. The successful candidate will be expected to develop a consistent record of positive classroom teaching; supervise doctoral research; and demonstrate potential for outstanding records of excellence in published scholarly research.The DepartmentThe Department of Economics in the Tippie College of Business has been at the forefront of research in Economics since the beginning. Our faculty members have done exceptional research in diverse fields of Economics, including Econometrics, Economic Theory, Financial Economics, Health Economics, Industrial Organization, Labor Economics, and Public Economics. Our research is highly regarded and frequently cited in journals and publications.
