Customer Service/ Call Center Representative

If you are looking for a new position as a Customer Service or Call Center Rep we have the position for you. We are looking for some great candidates to join our team in Iowa City, IA starting Monday, April 19th to come in and help our customers with account questions, upselling products or services. This is a temp to hire positon which is onsite with a full-time flexible schedule. Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls

Inside sales calls

Provide high quality customer service

Be able to navigate multiple software systems and type 35 wpm

Answer questions on immunization availability, take insurance information and answer questions on the process

Must be able to pass BG study and speak and read English.

Also looking for bilingual spanish speakers

Able to sit for upto 8 hours a day in front of a computer
